Enjoy free on-street parking in downtown Fort Myers, Florida, after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends, starting September 7th.
The new parking policy aims to attract more visitors to downtown, and it was approved by the Fort Myers City Council. It excludes parking garages but includes free parking on holidays, all day.
Digital signage and mobile apps will inform users about the free parking, and will remain in effect indefinitely.
